Im a student but studying online with a school abroad. Is it best to go through my GP for a psykolog referral, help with anxiety, shame, grief, stress, low libido etc. Or just book a private consultation of 1500*,- ? My school is not associated with Sammen, so I can not seek help through them. How much is a referral? and how long is it common to be on a waiting list?
