Good evening! I have a problem related to my body. For several months now, my heart has been bothering me. Only every day it hurts several times, my heartbeat quickens, sometimes my left arm goes numb and sometimes I breathe heavily with my full chest. This especially happens at night when I go to bed. Please advise me some mild sedatives. I am an exchange student from another country and I have no opportunity to see a doctor until I return home. I would like to at least sleep peacefully now, without heart pain
