How do I get help with a sore throat infection?

I am an international student from Germany (I have a private health insurance from Germany that is valid in Norway) I have been quite ill for 3 days with an extremely swollen throat and white patches in my throat and a slight fever (38.3 degrees Celsius). I also have very swollen lymph and severe pain when swallowing and feel generally unwell. Can I just come to Sio Health in blindern or would you wait until next week if you were me and do I have to call them beforehand or is the request here enough (as I can hardly speak more easily).
